Work Isolation Mode in work area |
Warning THIS IS A DEPRECATED FEATURE Select Off if all documents within the work area will use either document type workflow or workflow definitions to create new revisions. Documents are always visible to all users with access to the work area, even while undergoing change in a workflow. Select On if all documents within the new vault will use the simple workflow of the Create Working Copy and Submit Working Copy commands. No other document workflows will be available in the work area. The working copies of documents are only visible to the user who created the working copy. Other users of the work area will only see the last submitted revision. When the current working copy is submitted, it will then be visible to all users of the work area. Select Apply to existing work areas created from this template to cause changes you make to this template to apply to all existing work areas, regardless of the current state. |
After importing documents |
Select an option for the state of documents imported into the work area. Your selection should coordinate with your selection for the Work Isolation Mode in work area option and the workflow type that you intend to use for documents in the work area. |
